问题原因

超过PG库设置的最大连接数（默认是100）。

解决方案

在 data 目录下的 postgresql.conf 中修改：

max_connections = 1000

重启PG。

查询确认

查看当前最大连接数以及相关信息：

show max_connections;
SELECT COUNT(*) from pg_stat_activity;
select min_val, max_val from pg_settings where name='max_connections';
